Background
My practice, Synaptic Fields, emerged at the intersection of psychological science and years of experience at the crossroads of different cultures.. After two decades in international humanitarian affairs and law across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific—supporting protection, psychosocial, and health services in contexts of armed conflict and engaging with questions of vulnerability and accountability—alongside professional involvement in the addiction sector, I chose to combine this experience with formal studies in psychology and training in mental health. This background informs an approach that is both rigorous and deeply human.
Understanding healing as an individual and contextual process, and recognising that each person carries the potential for their own transformation—especially when met with curiosity, dignity, and respect for their unique path—I offer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), trained to the level of Clinical Hypnotherapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Through this work, clients are supported in exploring core narratives, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating greater psychological coherence in ways that honour lived experience.
Holding a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychological Sciences from Brunel University London and currently pursuing a specialised MSc in Forensic Psychology at Coventry University—both accredited by the British Psychological Society—my clinical training includes RTT® and Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT, integrative psychiatry under James M. Greenblatt, as well as trauma-responsive skills gained through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network.
This multidisciplinary foundation is particularly suited to individuals living with the lasting effects of abuse, injustice, and other forms of institutional or relational constraint that may lead to a loss of agency. Here, thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and subtle sensory experiences are approached with care—allowing awareness to deepen, patterns to soften, and new possibilities to emerge.

Naturally.
