Services

Restoring regulatory capacity and psychological integrity following sustained stress and relational or systemic harm.

Access professional psychological support where experiences of sustained stress, trauma, relational strain, or systemic constraint are met with care, clinical clarity, and respect.

Drawing on two therapeutic modalities—trauma-informed RTT®/Clinical Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—sessions support adaptive regulation, the reorganisation of entrenched patterns, and the restoration of agency and psychological integrity. The work may be stabilising or deeply transformative, always carefully attuned to individual needs and pace.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a deep, integrative, solution-focused approach that works directly with the subconscious mind, where negative beliefs and behaviors are often stored. It combines elements of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and neuroscience principles such as neuroplasticity. RTT® identifies the root causes of limiting beliefs or behaviors, often originating in past experiences, and supports profound insight, emotional release, and lasting transformation.

RTT® is a very safe approach and can be conducted in person or online, in the comfort of your own home. Typically, one to three monthly cycles are sufficient to address a specific issue, reinforced with personalized recordings for continued growth. It is effective for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, phobias, self-sabotage, addictions, low mood, underdeveloped self-esteem and confidence, and performance or personal blocks. RTT® is strictly not recommended for anyone experiencing psychosis or schizophrenia. To learn more, watch this short animation by its founder.

Trauma-Focused Therapy

Trauma is defined by its lasting impact. Whether originating from a specific crisis or a series of distressing events that left a sense of being unsafe, the focus is on a structured path toward regaining control. This approach prioritises safety and stabilisation above all else. There is no requirement to "tell the story" before a person feels ready; instead, work begins by building practical tools for emotional regulation and distress tolerance, ensuring a safe space is available if feelings become overwhelming.

Once grounded, the process involves carefully addressing the past to clear away lingering guilt or self-blame. This moves beyond survival towards post-traumatic growth. The past is treated like something to be checked occasionally for perspective while the primary focus remains on the road ahead. By reinforcing resilience and focusing on positive experiences that help rewire the brain, it becomes possible to build a calmer, more confident future.
